Good culture and training, but uncertain future ahead
- Totally incompetent leadership, especially Todd - Way too much middle management for a company of it's size - Heavy blame and PiP culture - Cliquey culture. Very clear "in" and "out" group - Very limited career growth opportunities - Incoherent and disjointed product, marketing, and communications strategy - It's a growth company that's completely stagnated. It continues to be surpassed by startups and other larger security providers who release features/product way quicker - Marketing org is very toxic and political - Okta is full of yes people who refuse to experiment and try anything new.
