There are some management issues that need to be addressed.
Truly worst job ever. A revolving door with Managers in Florida not lasting long. Burn out due to not having the proper “support”. Chances high of being assigned an inexperienced PMA, hourly employees with no experience. Expect to have 17-20 properties, approximately 1.5 to 2 million sq ft. properties with travel, with an inexperienced PMA. CAM budgets are lean and done by leadership for a reason, to keep the numbers where they want. You are then tasked with constantly figuring out how to get regular cam items implemented. Leadership will ask you to do things that a REIT should not be doing. From my personal experience, to be a publicly traded company, leadership needs crash courses on how to operate as a REIT. They finally caught on in 2025 that three bids are required, lots of sketchiness going on. They put people in charge who are not Managers of people, why, because they cannot keep good people. Daily s__t show. Don’t waste your time.
Managment Good company - people in upper management not good. Micromanagers. HR is not your friend
