Great leadership but middle management prioritizes self-interest. Middle management is all about KPIs and getting themselves promoted. Not caring about company, their team, our customers, just themselves. This results in no pushback on ridiculous processes that decrease productivity more and more as we are supposed to use AI to increase productivity.
Great company with strong AI momentum, but market challenges persist. Great company and momentum within AI. The market doesn't understand the value prop yet.
