Some of the most toxic leadership ever and a failing sense of morale. Principals and managing principals value profits over people and will outwardly express it.
Principals/Management seems to be disjointed with feedback full of corporate jargon rather than substantive examples and helpful guidance. Pressures to become a Top 10/15 ($1B+ revenue) company seems to have neglected organic growth. CEO using the word "family" in regards to the company, when the treatment is anything but how you would treat family.
Everything from unrealistic requirements to favoritism in leadership. Everything from their ridiculous requirements to senior leadership which plays favorites with employees.
- Company based bonus = poor bonus - Lack of competent leadership - P&L focused leadership.
HR ignored my complaint - then lied- there is no integrity here. They lie to everyone about the benefits along with being the best place to work. They claim you start with 30 days of PTO, however if you simply test this you will find out it is a lie.
