Culture is diminishing. Underwhelming pay and no clear structured promotion process.
Work life balance is a part of the culture. All company events are fun and well thought out. The office staff are great and super friendly. Always willing to help you find what you need.
Great workplace culture, but growth opportunities lacking. Great place to work. Lots of smart talent people. Great WFH policy and work life balance is something the company prides itself in. I only have good things to say about Slalom.
