This company is going downhill fast. Lots of drama and gossip likely due to dissatisfaction with work, pay, and overall treatment by the company. People are very unhappy here because they are acutely aware that the company they work for does not care about them.
Disorganized management. Entry level pay is bad across the industry. Very difficult to grow out of entry level
No direction from Product. Product management is giving unclear direction and constantly changing.
Just like any other company its plagued with politics. There is an inner circle within an inner circle.
