Although some branches of the organization are political, people are extremely respectful and tolerant of differing views — nobody is pushing an agenda. - The “challenge” culture is meaningful and unique — it makes strategies more intentional, though that often means things take longer than expected. It does depend on the team, but the majority of people you’ll encounter here are not only great at what they do — they’re also genuinely good human beings.
