Fantastic company with great people
Decent Company Overall but Horrid Company Culture.
Enjoyed cultural resources team, good company with decent benefits. Safety focused. Company is maybe too big for its own good. Culture and offices vary so drastically from office to office across the country. My office didn’t invest in Cultural Resources and team suffered for it. Office I was in also felt like the “boys club,” if you were in with the cool kids you were in, otherwise goodluck.
Offices are close knit and everyone wants to provide the best service to our clients.
