Upper management team is insufferable.
They are cheap and always trying to find ways to cut costs. There is high turnover due to terrible leadership. You WILL be treated like a number. No sick days.
Too many line managers/links in chain of command so escalations take longer than they should. There is little support from senior leadership on keeping clients in check when their behavior is out of line.
