Beautiful pieces, but management and pay is terrible Absolute awful management. Jeweler level was based on who was a certain demographic and spoke the right language. People training people who make more than them. No appreciation for their employees. Terrible raises (under .50). Nothing but broken promises. Management IS AWFUL!
Prestigious brand overshadowed by toxic leadership and stress * Toxic leadership and favoritism culture * Poor communication from management team * High stress and inconsistent standards * Lack of support and accountability * Emotionally exhausting work environment * Fear-based management and retaliation * Excessive pressure with little guidance * Unprofessional treatment of employees * Disorganized operations during peak seasons * Inner-circle favoritism among leadership
Toxic environment driven by favoritism and micromanagement Heavy micromanagement from leadership Tends to hire new staff frequently instead of investing in developing current employees Mistakes are highlighted rather than used as learning opportunities Gossip-heavy environment that creates unnecessary tension among staff High turnover due to an unstable and unsupportive culture Overall, not a stable place for long-term growth
