Good pay and fast progression, but challenging work conditions Fast upward progression if you have drive. Work on your own all day and constantly out in public and in the world instead of an office. Only way I know to make $120,000-$160,000, not even including 100% free insurance for my family, without a degree.

Decent pay for what it is, Tuition reimbursement, Blue collar relatable coworkers, Fairly laxed for what it is as long as you show up e.g. People smelling like weed, and drinks from the night before (Or the day of) wasn't uncommon. Just about everyone has headphones in, etc... Part time supervisors were mostly cool in my experience as a Loader, even if they tended to be young and inexperienced (Full disclosure I'm younger myself so it was probably a case of being relatable). You won't need a gym membership as long as you work here.
Boring job and it makes the day go slow. Cut tuition reimbursement for part time.
