Really enjoy coding so this is a great fit for me. Company is super lean so you also wear a lot of hats DevOps, NetOps, PM are all hats you basically have to wear even as a pure dev. Also the hours are longer, typically working 45-50 hours a week. As someone with a child, wife, and dog this can be stressful.
