You already know how to guide students. Now you can back it up with data.
Most students don't know where they want to work. They have names they recognise - but not a clear sense of what they actually value, or which employers deliver it.
We know that career advisers already have a process for helping students get there. The hard part is grounding these conversations in independent evidence - something beyond employer brochures or generic 'best places to work' lists that don't reflect a specific major.
That's the gap Employer League fills.
Here's how it works:
01
Help students articulate what they actually want
Instead of starting every consultation from scratch, Employer League gives your sessions a renewed structure. Students take a short swipe-style survey to uncover what matters to them - culture, work-life balance, salary, career progression - so you can clarify their priorities.
02
Build a personalized shortlist for each student
The survey captures which employers students already know, then surface ones they haven't considered. Every employer is scored per career path against the same factors (culture, work-life balance, salary etc) using a uniform, published protocol. No employer can pay to influence their score. Each student leaves with a shortlist that reflects what they actually value.
03
Use the data to shape your campus recruiting
When you can see where your students want to go - and which employers actually deliver - you have the evidence to decide which employers belong on campus and the proof to back it up when you reach out.
