How we protect the data

A score is only worth trusting if you can see how it was earned and know the data hasn't been gamed. Employer League publishes its data protocol and designs every stage of collection against manipulation.

    Employers can't pay to improve scores, suppress results, or remove themselves from a ranking.

    Minimum sample thresholds

    No score is published until enough data exists to support it.

    Recency weightings

    Older data counts less than recent data, so scores reflect the current reality, not a great year in 2020.
