I manage a widely used HR software called Workday. My role involves configuring business processes within the platform, ensuring they align with organizational needs. I also oversee the security settings, making sure sensitive information is properly protected and access is granted appropriately across teams
I have been assigned certain roles that are quite tedious and time consuming that are more related to programming and admin work rather than the technical side of works which is often quite dissappointing. However, this has given me the opportunity to work alongside various disciplines and train my interpersonal skills.
