The Graduate Program in Australia and New Zealand offers incredible opportunities for growth and connection. There are "lunch and learn" sessions where we get to hear directly from senior leaders and gain insights into the company's vision and strategy. We also participate in a bootcamp with graduates from across the business—it's a great way to build relationships while learning more about Acciona's operations and values. On top of that, the program includes external training with a university to strengthen our technical and professional skills, and we receive ongoing mentoring from our managers to support our development and career path. It's a well-rounded experience that truly invests in young talent.
