Pay is good compared to other graduate roles - most range between 75-85 depending on the company and department. Acenda/Resolution Life pays for my external education as well (Actuarial Institute). They have good amounts of leave, the work life balance is good, they have great events throughout the year, and their hierarchy is great - you get to work with product owners, managers, executives, etc while being a graduate.
