During work hours, since we get such a generous lunch break youre able either go out and get lunch with colleagues or just have long chats. This why you shouldn't have your lunch at your desk !!! To be honest the structure and hierarchy is more of matrix, as everyone is always open for a chat and especially a laugh, making the office very interconnected.
The office culture is generally friendly, and teamwork and socialisation are both easy and encouraged.
Everyone is friendly and their is regular banter, along with a lot of support for the graduates. Doesn't matter what position someone holds they are happy to have a chat.
In office culture can feel a little forced at points. There are some great people, however, the quietness in the office can take away from that and emphasised the forced nature. The only after-hours hangouts really have been for people leaving, either for extended leave or permanently, and so is effectively non-existent. Not many people seem interested in afterhours office organised events either.
