We have a strong multicultural team
There is generally high ethnic and cultural diversity, though I don't think there is particularly high celebration of that diversity. Gender diversity in engineering is generally low, though there doesn't seem to be a particular push to change that within this company. It has in fact been discussed multiple times that it's not really worth it, when gender diversity is in and of itself an asset. In terms accessibility to different disability of general workplace requirements there seems to be something taken seriously.
