They are very very accessible, always free to take questions and give advice. Even the executive management is approachable always answering my many careers and business-based questions.

Excellent to all parts of the question
The managers are very accessible (when available), and they are good communicators and genuinely seem to care about your experience. They work to recognise challenges you're having and the accomplishments you make. However, geography separation makes all of this a lot less accessible in person, which is an important part of those relationships.
