There hasn't been a lot of training program as an intern, but instead I've been given plenty of time to learn on the job. This has allowed be to develop, client, site, design, fee proposal, delivery and plenty other technical and social skills.
My direct mentor and supervisor has seen me trained extremely well in electrical engineering design in the areas of low voltage power, infrastructure, internal and external lighting, and communications infrastructure. Receiving training in other specialty areas is dependent on the teaching abilities of those individuals.
Training that covers every skillet an engineer requires, whether that is technical or interpersonal.
There are roughly monthly professional skill development sessions run by the company's Graduate coordinator. However, there hasn't been formal technical training for the most part. The information training through project work has been challenging and not particularly focused on a set of skills (though a framework exists), so its more like running into a hurdle, solving it, and moving on
