The workplace culture is friendly, supportive and collaborative. My supervisors and colleagues are all willing to help me when I am in doubt. We also have open communication and encouraged to share our ideas freely. Outside work hours, my team also socialise with each others and I feel very welcome in this team.
Workplace culture is good, with frequent opportunities to socialise during work time and some separation between lower and higher level staff.
