The graduate program includes set of training to build as the practical skills to work. It also includes training to understand the work process in the government.
As I am in the graduate role there has been significant and varied training and upskilling opportunities. the graduates have a full day training seminar monthly, and supervisors often check in weekly. The ACTPS strongly supports personal upskilling and development and will frequently support staff to attend, trainings, webinars and sessions on areas that interest them.
