Workplace culture is the best aspect of ADG, and it is also the aspect that keeps me working here. There are plenty of opportunities to network and socialise outside the teams. Majority of the people here do not abuse the hierarchy in place and treat everyone the same.
Strong culture around teamwork and helping others out
Its amazing, everyone is approachable. Every time I have a question people who are even busy sit and take the time to explain stuff to me. there is a hierarchy but we all sit together so I can approach a grad, a structural engineer, an associate and I feel comfortable. We work in teams with myself as an undergrad and I get delegated tasks to help them team smash a number of the projects. As for social events we have heaps, the team is very welcoming. we have events for the young emerging professionals a few times a month where ADG pays for us to do a cool social event together. For example, we did a virtual great race two weeks ago, we have done a paint and sip, end of financial year parties, we have morning teas, monthly breakfasts, catchups after work on Fridays
