I work in a relatively small team who are all very supportive and very knowledgeable. With one direct boss for the rest of us, quite social as the small team means everyone gets to know each other well.
Great and inclusive co-workers with a lot of team building activities. Social/networking events too. Excellent workplace culture.
Whilst there are great pockets of culture across the organisation, it suffers as a whole due to unnecessary hierarchy and siloes between departments, which really limits communication and collaboration.
