I have had many great opportunities for developing my understanding, the training department is working very hard on building a good grad program. I have very experienced coworkers always ready to offer explanations.
Lots of specific training days for Grads and mentoring opportunities are available too.
Very contingent on role, site and supervisor, with some departments and functions being much more established than others. Personally I've had very little in terms of formal or structured training/development which has been extremely frustrating as a graduate.
