Roughly work 39.5 hours per week, and have a day off every 4 weeks for an average of 37.5 (answer wouldn't allow decimals so I rounded up). While I haven't done it I know people who work remotely.
Flexible work arrangements but generally expected to be on-site if role requires it.
In my engineering role I am expected to be on-site 5 days a week for 8 hour days. Remote work has not been offered to me. My hours are also not too flexible. I am expected to work from 7 am to 3 pm or 7: 30 am to 3: 30 pm.
