The graduate program rolls off onto a full time position at the team you applied for. Rotating around several teams has allowed me to form connections in different business units which has helped me understand the various career paths open to me, and could facilitate future movement within the company.
Yes my manager is very supportive on where I want to be in 3-5 year times and will help facilitate my skills and opportunities to work towards this.
My rotations and team offers a range of opportunities at the end of my program for me to choose. Hence why each rotation I move through brings a bit more excitement! I get to join teams outside my study major but are just as relevant to the work I do, It is very exciting to think about where it could take me at the end of the program. Lots of options
