The culture is quite wonderful. Most colleagues you encounter are very friendly and cooperative.
The workplace culture varies from team to team but is very positive overall. In my experience, everyone has been welcoming, open for a chat, and willing to help. Teams will regularly have volunteer days / team building days, it is also common to have Friday drinks and team dinners.

Teams are super friendly to work with, we help each other, provide guidance and support each other where ever we can. There are no significant hierarchy within the team, the managers and executives are just as easy to approach than any other team members.
