They all ran very smoothly, the expectations were clear, and my overall experience was very good.
The interview and assessment process was easy and straight forward. A few weeks after submitting my application, I received a call from Alinta's early careers representative to confirm if I was still interested in the role and to ask some additional questions. Shortly after that I was contacted again to arrange a face-to-face interview. The face-to-face interview was relaxed and conversational; a mix of personal, behavioural and lifestyle questions were asked. I think it was approximately 30-45 minutes long. Shortly after the interview I was also requested to complete a psychometric assessment. Alinta's early careers representative kept in touch with me throughout the application process all the way up to my first day. This made me feel valued even before starting at the company and made it easy to raise any questions or concerns I had prior to starting.
It was easy to understand and apply for. The company kept me in the loop of the process and my progression.
