Very flexible start and finish times as long as you get your hours / work done. You can work up to 2 days a week from home.
We get 2 days to work from home however I like to be in the office as much as possible to show face and meet people in person. There are no overtime, we work flexibly at the rate we're comfortable with as long as we deliver the work on time. Working is enjoyable when there's lots of freedom!
