The workplace is very friendly and welcoming. while there is the traditional structure of a law firm whereby there is the tiered hierarchy from partner down to graduate/paralegal, there is a great focus on teamwork and collaboration. it is a social law firm where there are many social events.
Great culture
There is a structure / hierarchy in the firm which is closely followed. however, people interact between the levels. there is lots of teamwork and people rely on each other to complete our work. there are many opportunities to socialise and interact with other colleagues such as being involved in committees or clubs at the firm, including women@allens, sport and wellness, book club and many more. everyone usually has lunch together every day which is also nice. there are social events every two months either a breakfast or drinks after work which are put on by the firm. the teams also do social events within the team, we do human cluedo once a year and coffee catch ups every few months.
