Allens is for the girls and gays. There are almost no straight men, other than the partners. I think more work needs to be done to recruit straight men.
I applaud the firm's strides in gender diversity but there is almost no socio-economic and class diversity and little ethnic, ability (physical and neuro) or gender expression diversity.
