The partners are all very respectable lawyers. Sometimes it can be intimidating to reach out to them though. HR is very difficult to talk to, they do not offer support.
Depends on the person and the team. My performance coach is quite unavailable. Other people in the team are approachable but do not give much feedback even when asked. I think this stems from them being busy more than a lack of interest/
