I think I am underpaid. I work long weeks as and when needed, often with no notice. My hourly wage works out to be less than award retail. I think a far wage would be $10k more. I am staying because I am too junior to leave and have been told there's as $25k jump next financial year. Other firms at this level pay $5k-$15k more. We do get perks. We get $15 to spend towards lunch everyday, a free gym membership at Goodlife, $40 for dinner through uber eats if working passed 7pm, and uber home if working passed 8pm.
Free gym membership and entry into sporting competitions (this is being scaled back though), ubers to work events and ubers home after 8pm, dinner after 7pm.
