Training and mentorship every week
We have a formal training program for the first two years at the firm. this includes soft and hard skills such as learning about different areas of law and communication skills etc. we also have buddies and a performance coach who provide us with advice and help as we settle into the team. we also have team specific training on things you need to know when working in a specific team. there are many development opportunities but these change depending on who you are working with.
