
Yes. There are yearly reviews and clear pathways for career progression.
The company seems very willing to promote individual growth and puts time into professional development planning. I was recently shown a clear table of promotion levels within the company and the roles and responsibilities for each. It is great that the company has a training budget and encourages presenting at conferences. It seems to me however that the drive for growth has to come from the individual and you have to be proactive about relevant opportunities and really drive the completion of your professional development goals, otherwise they get swept under the rug until the next year due to the large volume of work coming through the office.
My understanding of promotion possibilities is limited to undergraduate and graduate consultant roles.
