Workplace culture is excellent! Everyone is warm and welcoming, help is always readily available.
For the Sydney office, it is a very cosy vibe where everyone knows each other, and it is really easy to talk to Ollie and Lisa. People genuinely seem to enjoy spending time together, whether it is at lunch, on a swim break, post work tennis, trivia nights or more. It doesn't feel like there is much of a hierarchy and people work well as teams. For the Melbourne office, I was a bit more intimidated at first because of the larger number of senior staff, however now that I know them, it is much easier to have a conversation over lunch. It seems more like people sometimes enjoy doing there own thing at lunchtime, however most people don't mind having a chat. I have connected well with some of the staff around my own age through pub sessions and coffee breaks. It's also great having the cake breaks and team lunches too. There seems to be a bit more of a hierarchy since a lot of the management team is in Melbourne, however they are fairly approachable too, especially Pete (the RM) who always greets us when he comes in.
The culture at work is really friendly and welcoming. People from all levels get along and it’s easy to chat with anyone, whether they’re junior or senior. Everyone’s happy to help each other out, and there’s a good sense of teamwork across the board. There are occasional lunches or dinners outside of work, which are always a good time and help build those relationships. It’s a pretty relaxed and supportive place overall.
