Alluvium seems to be a pretty diverse place to work. They are also really supportive of people with ongoing health issues in easily being able to take personal leave when needed. They are very supportive of new parents from what I've observed with work from home arrangements, reduced hours per week, flexible working hours and understanding of sudden changes when kids get sick etc. There is a balance of men and women overall but more men in senior leadership positions, however the company is aware of this and making actions to fix it.
I’m not too sure about the company’s overall diversity in terms of recruitment or promotion, but from what I’ve seen, the workplace feels inclusive and welcoming. People from different backgrounds seem to be treated with respect, and there’s a strong culture of support and openness across the team.
