The managers are aware of everyone's work, are very approachable, and are happy to provide feedback.
Alluvium has alot of very high performers and leaders in the industry and as such there are plenty of excellent mentors who are experienced and will enthusiastically guide newcomers.
While intimidated at first, the more I've got to know them, their role and communication style, the easier it has been to work on projects with them, ask questions about projects/company policies and discuss life outside of work too. Since it is professional development season, they have been very good with performance feedback. They have also acknowledged when I've done something good in team meetings and provided feedback following presentations to the client. I feel that my Sydney team leader played more of a mentor role, however my Melbourne team leader has offered support when needed.
The managers are really supportive and easy to talk to. They’re approachable and happy to answer questions or chat about the work. While performance feedback isn’t super detailed or formal, they do take the time to look over your work and point out things you’ve done well.
