
There is great intention on amp's behalf to give graduates a permanent role after completing the graduate program. As such, they provide a lot of support in finding a role that interests you and your career goals. Lots of development opportunities to learn about other parts of the business and upskill is also provided frequently. Amp encourages you to discuss career goals and progression with them and for individuals to stay proactive.
After we have completed 3 rotations in the graduate program, we have the option to roll off into a permanent position or complete a 4th rotation. After completing all 4 rotations, amp will aim to find a position for any grads that have not yet gotten a permanent role.
Amp is strongly supportive of your possibilities as a grad. There are plenty of grad workshops that happen consistently throughout the year which are aimed at developing your professional capabilities. Furthermore, amp has a strong focus on development goals and conducts quarterly check ins to ensure that you are track on achieving these goals and enables you to hold your direct reports accountable to ensuring your goals are supported. amp also offers the opportunity for grads to roll off into teams following the conclusion of the grad program.
