Amp has a diversity and inclusion council, which organises events relating to, and seeks to promote, diversity and inclusion. i am not aware of all the initiatives that amp offers to promote diversity and inclusion, but never have i felt restricted by the company in that regard.
Internal events are hosted on a regular basis to recognise and promote diversity and inclusion.
