Clear and concise process.
I applied through the summer intern program, hence the process was not as long as the application process for the graduate program. I intern process was very straightfoward and was easy to understand of what the assessments required of me.
It was a while ago but from memory I had to do a interview with 2 people and was recommended to answer questions using the star method (situation, task, action, result)
