I am quite happy with the amount of responsibility and type of tasks that I do. It is up to you to put your hand up for more responsibility or if you want to try other types of work your team does. I will occasionally have menial tasks but will also be involved in pretty interesting projects with the opportunity to engage with all sorts of people. The work is meaningful and I feel fulfilments as a grad.
I feel like I was given a lot, very early on, and there wasn't much support or even recognition of that fact. I feel like I have been challenged at work, but not in a way that I find interesting or in the direction I want to go in.
