Interview went well. I met James Stockwell and Michael Wenzel who were both very friendly in my interview. I didn't need to complete any assessments - only training which was straight forward.
Group interview/assessment and other online assessments then the final one on one with my line manager. The group interview sounds daunting but it can be fun/worthwhile. Just work together and take initiative whilst uplifting your teammates. The one on one was great, nothing technical just a friendly conversation on my interests.
