Very flexible
The team is very flexible in terms of WFH or office days. The expectation is that you do the work of course and that your working arrangement does not impede your efficiency or the team's. I will occasionally do some overtime but it is never asked for and my team will always encourage me to do my best in sticking to 8:30 to 5.
