Graduate program is 2 years following which there is the first promotion possibility. As far as I'm aware all gradautes thus far have been promoted to consultant following completion of the 2 year program. Generally I am happy with promotion opportunities and it seems many of my colleagues have been promoted promptly using a merit based system.
2 years of graduate program -> Consultant ->Senior Consultant -> Lead Consultant
