As a graduate you are well placed to grow within the company and are provided with opportunities to move. Fast career growth, especially in technical roles, is somewhat tied to your willingness to move interstate to follow job openings. There also aren't any/many actual positions as an engineer open in the company.
Hard to know as just started in a graduate position. However, from other employees there is a lot of career movement and opportunities. The business clearly speaks about progression, new opportunities and values peoples goals and career aspirations.
