I would be surprised if there are many grad programs with a better culture than Asahi, with regular grad catch ups and a grad community across year levels enabling friendships to be established. Outside of graduates, other employees all have lots of time for grads and invest effort and time into helping grads grow and succeed.
There is lots of cooperation with most people offering to help or share experiences at any time. There is little division between higher-ups and fresh staff with almost all executives around in the office and being personable and open.
Amazing culture. Everyone is very friendly and inclusive, willing to help and there is no hierarchy. Everyone openly communicates with each other and works collectively to achieve goals and outcomes. Coming in as a new grad, I have reached out to multiple people whether its for a coffee catch up or for help with work, people reply quickly and want to help me learn!
We have a bar in the office where people gather twice a week at 4:30 which creates a very laid back and social culture (snacks, alcohol and non-alcohol provided for free). There is a structured hierarchy in the business, but you will find most of senior leadership to be approachable and you will have opportunities to present in front of senior leaders in the grad program which is not an opportunity all employees get. They organise team events every quarter or so, Christmas parties and Conference events.
