Recruitment of people is diverse and there are lots of DEI programs to join.
We have a team that organises speakers/events quarterly for DEI - this offers a safe space for people that have a disability (hidden or not), e.g. a video streaming a 1:1 interview with a senior manager and his disability and how he manages this in the work place - a very educational & awareness piece which was inundated with amazing supportive feedback. Asahi is also a safe space for the Pride Community with many employees being a part of this community and organising events like being a part of the Mardi Gras Parade.
